Knexus demonstrated the technical feasibility of a context-aware AI information retrieval framework aligned with the Department's modernization objectives. The prototypes established a reusable foundation for delivering source-grounded information, supporting agency-specific use cases, and enabling future integration into DOL's digital environment without rebuilding core AI capabilities. The modular architecture also provides a foundation for expanding AI capabilities across additional DOL agencies.
